LinkCatalog Pro ("the platform", "we") is a private, invitation-only business platform for browsing publisher sites and managing link building orders. This page explains what data we handle and why.

Who we are

LinkCatalog Pro is operated as a professional link building service for the Italian market. For any privacy-related question you can contact us at linkbuilder82@gmail.com.

What data we collect

Account data — name, username and email address, created by us when we open an account for a client.
Business profile data — optional billing details (company name, VAT number, address) that clients may add to their profile for invoicing purposes.
Order data — the requests clients place through the platform: selected sites, anchor texts, destination URLs, attached articles and related notes.
Technical data — the platform stores a session token and working data in your browser's local storage strictly to keep you signed in and make the catalog fast. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.

How we use it

To provide the service: showing the catalog, processing orders, tracking publication status.
To communicate with clients about their orders and account.
For invoicing, when billing details are provided.

We do not sell, rent or share client data with third parties. Order details are only shared with the publishers involved in fulfilling a specific request, to the extent necessary to publish the requested content.

Where data is stored

Platform data is stored on servers located in the European Union (Hostinger hosting infrastructure). Transactional emails are delivered through EmailJS.

Data retention and your rights

Account and order data are kept for as long as the business relationship is active, and afterwards only as required for legal and accounting obligations. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to linkbuilder82@gmail.com. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Security

Access to the platform is restricted to accounts we create personally. The site is served over HTTPS and administrative operations require authentication. We never ask for your password by email — if you receive such a request, do not respond and contact us directly.
